Description

The project faces such a traffic pulse, the aechitect preset such a scene. The building is like a glass exhibit which is held in the air, forming an unique visual sign beside the urban road. The activities in the exhibition hall also become part of the exhibition, attracting people to enter the site and to feel the narrative of design. Then browsing itself also becomes part of the show. The planning and design of the project also runs the thinking of urban design, which break trough the existing city grid.

Description

The building is located at XiaoshanInnovation Polis, and being adjacent to the lake in the place is the landscape advantage that has added the smart sense of the Jiangnan watery town. The herringbone sloping roofs and the minimalist white walls and black tiles elements give a vivid visual impression, forming an overall continuous and rhythmic picture. The herringbone undulating roof brings a rich state of space, and which seems to be a sign of the designer’s preference for the endless mountains.

Description

Taizhou Z Center, the high-rise center and shopping center in diago-nal form a convenient pedestrian flow path across the base. With this hidden oblique axis, the L-shaped main building, the Nanyang Science and Technology Building on the west and the residential slabs of Yulan Plaza on the north nat-urally enclose to form a public and open city square. This symbol indicates the façade treatment method of the main building wrapped by folded plates, as well as the flow guide of the entrance and exit of the volume cutting.

Description

For design, Maritime Silk Road is shown as the main clue from beginning to end. The spanning building form ties up the mountains with the sea in the west and in the east, The open landscape corridor is created for greening the city. The building form which derives from Tang and Song traditions adopts the classic ratio and pattern of the roof and wall in the Tang Dynasty which is solid and stable. The white stone at the bottom of the building and the natural-color cornice set each other off.

Description

Shaoxing rice wine has a long history and its culture is deeply rooted in this soil. Dongpu town, where the project is located, has been the center of Shaoxing wine industry since ancient times. The project is associated with traditional Chinese construction methods, and responds to complex functional construction demands with a unified modular design language, responds to the site and history, infuses the vitality of the Times into the thousand-year-old ancient town, and inherits the yellow rice wine culture in a dynamic way.

Description

The plot of this project has prominent landscape resource advantages. The design aims to make flexible use of the complex terrain of the original site, based on the architectural forms and elements of traditional mountain villages, combined with modern technology and materials, to create a wild, simple and quiet atmosphere of the park. The architectural style of the design is intended to show the collision and integration of traditional landscape and modern elements. The guest room of Villa takes the original local ecological village as its theme, trees and winding paths.

The project boasts world level landscape advantage. Therefore, in terms of design strategy, this project sets the street market space of Lijiang Ancient Town in the layout of the Town Center while considering the local customs and feature of Lijiang, digs the value of the plot itself to the maximum extent, and trys to build a leisure culture and tourism block hidden in the natural water and mountains.

Description

The project aims to fit the mountain by adopting the technique of horizontal stacking. As the largest monomer of the hotel,the gradually overlapped public area in this project is arranged in the shape of L facing of Taihu Lake. After completion, the total construction area of Hotel South Taihu is about 59,000 square meters, with 23 buildings in total. The building groups are scattered with each other and exist in the surrounding mountain forest.

Description

Aiming to show a southern residence with Eastern traditions, Jiangnan No. 1 Courtyard sees that history and modern life are connected through modern architecture. While the pitched roofs inherit the gentle and graceful line proportions of traditional houses, the projected cornices pose as generosity and lightness. Both simple modernity and traditions are maintained in such architectural details as these.
